Where are we?

Our Newcastle training centre is located in Hotel 52 DH9 0PJ. This is 15 minutes from Durham and Newcastle just off the A1 and near Beamish museum.

Our Liverpool Studio is located at No.12 Rodney Street, L1 2TE.


What should you bring to your course?

You are only required to bring your model. Refreshments are provided throughout your course. 

On the longer courses we will provide lunch but this will be confirmed in your confirmation email.


What should I wear?

It is entirely your choice on what you wear but we advise you to wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes.  Some students choose to wear their beauty uniform and this is totally acceptable.


Is there parking?

In Newcastle there is parking onsite at the hotel and this is free of charge.

In L1 there are various car parks as we are literally situated in the city centre.


Will I need a model?

We ask you to bring your own model to work on but if you have problems finding one we will provide a model for you. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange this.


When do I need to pay for the course?

To confirm your place on the course you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee which will then come off your final amount. The full cost of the course must be paid before or on your course date. If you are unable to attend the course you can reschedule if it is more than 7 days before the course date. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason within 7 days of the course date you will be required to pay a new booking fee. Your booking fee covers any losses for non attendance.


How should I pay?

We accept bank transfer, cash and debit/credit cards. We also have the facility to pay over the phone.


What time should my model arrive?

If your model needs a patch test they will need to arrive with you so we can do this and then they will be asked to sit in the coffee lounge until we get the results and why we do the theory. We will offer them a coffee or tea while they wait.

If your model doesn’t need a patch test then we will ask them to arrive an hour after you, if they need to travel with you then they can sit in the coffee lounge and wait.


Is there a cost to models?

Of course not! Models are not charged for any treatments.


What happens on the day of the course?

When you arrive at the hotel you will be greeted by the receptionist and took to the coffee lounge.  We will then ask you to complete a learner contract, this enables you to get your certificate and obtain insurance.

We ask you to arrive for your start time and we give you 15 minutes to allow for traffic and to give all learners a chance to arrive.  The theory time will depend on the course you are attending but is roughly about an hour.

We then start the practical.


When will I get my certificate?

We send your learner contracts out on the day of your course and aim to get your certificates to you within 14 days.

We will inform you if you have passed your course on your day of training and you will then be qualified from that day and able to obtain insurance as you will be accredited by ABT.


Our company policy?

It is imperative that we sustain our 5-star reputation and we make sure you feel fully confident and happy with your training. If at any point you feel you need to refresh or come back, then there will be no charge for this.

We always have two teachers in a class and maximum of six students to give you the best learning experience possible.
